Enhancing our management team
June 9, 2015
Nexcelle’s strengths come from the design, development and production know-how of its parent companies – GE Aviation’s Middle River Aircraft Systems and Aircelle of the Safran group.
Within the Nexcelle management structure, the responsibility of overseeing program execution and operations at the parents is assigned to our two Executive Vice Presidents.
Those appointed to the Executive Vice President positions have a multi-year posting to the Nexcelle management team, and I am pleased to formally welcome our two newest EVPs: Kenneth Onderko and Lionel Drévillon.
Both Ken and Lionel bring extensive industry expertise and diverse backgrounds that will be applied as they work closely with our parent companies in bringing the Nexcelle joint venture’s integrated propulsion system products from their development to market.
During Ken’s career, he has held program roles and management duties on both mid-sized and large jet engines at GE Aviation, as well as gas turbine power generation for GE Power and Water.
Lionel’s business experience comprises duties at Safran – including project and program manager positions for the CFM International joint venture’s CFM56 engines – and for Aircelle’s very large nacelle on the A380. He also has familiarity with the GE culture, having held leadership roles at GE Energy for its gas turbine product line.
I welcome Lionel and Ken to the Nexcelle management team.
President – Nexcelle
